ETURE Sports.

The Soccer Company

ETURE Sports is the leading college soccer recruiting agency in Europe and Spain, recognized as one of the strongest agencies by NCAA coaches.

To date, ETURE Sports has guided over 700 international players through the U.S. college recruiting process and helped more than 250 American players secure opportunities with Division I programs.

Our Gap-Year & FC Program, a residential development program based in Spain, has one of the highest success rates in advancing players to the top levels of college soccer.

Beyond college pathways, ETURE is also a FIFA-licensed professional agency and has facilitated the recruitment of two MLS Draft picks: Hugo Bacharach to MNUFC (1st round) and Javier Armas to Atlanta United FC.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Soccer as a Vehicle

Our mission is simple: facilitating the personal and professional growth of our student-athletes through the sport we all love, soccer. For ETURE, soccer is not the end goal, but the vehicle through which players navigate different stages of life — instilling companionship, leadership, ownership, resilience, and tolerance to adversity.

Everything at ETURE revolves around the core value that defines our philosophy: Made in Adversity. We believe every challenge soccer presents — an injury, a missed chance, a setback — is an opportunity to build problem solvers with a winning mentality, ready to make a lasting impact both on the field and in their communities long after they leave Vinaròs.

Market Insight

The NCAA Landscape
Is Changing

Key trends impacting college soccer recruitment — and why the right pathway matters more than ever.

Consequences of COVID–19 on Redshirting

Extended eligibility for athletes has impacted roster dynamics across every conference.

Emergence of the Transfer Portal

Increased player mobility means fiercer competition for every roster spot.

Continuous Influx of International Players

A growing pool of talent is reshaping recruiting strategies nationwide.

New NCAA Roster Rule

Rosters are now limited to 28 spots per team, creating increased competition for recruitment and retention.

Our Solution

Why Timing
Changes Everything

Time

The age range for NCAA Men’s Soccer has shifted, with most players now competing from 20 to 24 years old rather than 18 to 22. Our experience shows that a player’s true potential often becomes evident around 19–20 years of age.

Development

Where you continue to develop after high school significantly impacts your opportunities. Spain stands out as one of the best countries for player development, offering the most advanced methodologies in the world.

Experience

Your value as a player grows with competitive experience. Playing for three points every weekend fosters a winning mentality — from playing for highlights to playing to win. Coaches prioritize players with that mentality.

Our History

Made in
Adversity

At ETURE, we see opportunity in the face of adversity, the opportunity to overcome, to push your limits, to grow, and to become the best version of yourself. Real growth happens outside your comfort zone, like when you adapt to a new country, language, and culture. Or even a new team. It’s where resilience is built, patience understood, maturity developed, and ultimately self-belief instilled.

We don’t offer a guarantee of success. Instead, we embrace the obstacles along the way, without hiding them, and give you the tools and resources to turn setbacks into strength, defeats into lessons, and ultimately failure into success.

That is our Made in Adversity culture.
That’s the ETURE way.

ETURE Sports professional player representation

FIFA Licensed Agency

The Pro
Department

ETURE Sports operates at every level of the soccer industry across both the European and North American markets. In 2023, we launched our boutique of player and club representation along with Juan Manuel Barbero Sánchez, a former LaLiga professional player and football agent with over 20 years of experience in player representation and whose expertise has been instrumental in ETURE’s growth at multiple levels. Together with the experience and unique vision of the twin brothers, Ximo and Jaime, the ETURE Professional Department is now a FIFA-licensed agency qualified to represent players, clubs, and act as intermediaries in major transactions.

Our mission is to complete the journey with the players we begin developing at the residential programs and assist at the college level, providing greater support and guidance to our clients as they pursue professional opportunities in the MLS, USL Championship, USL League One, LaLiga, and across Europe. Over the past years, our agency has also dedicated significant work to the African market, working closely with clubs and players to help export top talent and create genuine pathways into the European and American soccer systems.

Competitive Development Program

A Full Season
in Spain

Teams competing in semi-professional, amateur, and youth leagues — inside a real promotion & relegation system.

Our Competitive Development Program is made up of teams competing in both semi-professional, amateur, and youth leagues. Its primary goal is to provide an environment where players can experience a full season in Spain within a promotion and relegation system.

ETURE FC currently competes in the Second Regional Division of the Valencian Football Federation, following promotion in 2024. ETURE FC B plays in the division below, where Vinaròs U23s, also part of our structure, competes. Our objective is to advance all our teams to the highest possible level in Spain, relying primarily on American and international recruits. By proving that non-Spanish talent can achieve outstanding results on and off the field, we turn those achievements into valuable college recruiting opportunities.

Vinaròs C.F crest

Vinaròs C.F Affiliation

Over 105 Years
of History

Based in Vinaròs, our program has established a strong affiliation with the town’s historic club, Vinaròs CF, which boasts over 100 years of history. This partnership holds special meaning for us, as ETURE founders Ximo and Jaime Miralles were born in Vinaròs and began their football careers at Vinaròs CF, the first club they ever played for.

Founded on November 12, 1920, Vinaròs CF is considered the oldest club in the province of Castellón. Depending on age, level, and positional needs, ETURE FC players can be signed or loaned to the Vinaròs CF First Team, U23s, or U19s — strengthening Vinaròs CF’s recruiting platform while giving our players a chance to compete one division above with the First Team.

Program Structure

All of our teams compete under the Valencian Football Federation. Each roster is limited to 22 licenses. With a U19 license, players can be promoted to ETURE FC B Senior level, and from ETURE FC B they can be called up to the ETURE FC A roster. Through our Vinaròs CF affiliation, ETURE FC A players are also eligible for the Vinaròs CF First Team — no matter where you start, you have the opportunity to move up the ladder.

Every morning, players participate in ETURE training sessions divided into ETURE FC A, ETURE FC B, and ETURE Gap-Year groups. In the evenings, additional training depends on team assignment and age — players loaned to Vinaròs or other local teams (Benicarló, Peñíscola, La Ràpita, etc.) usually train a second time. Academic obligations continue via ETURE’s academic partners to meet visa compliance and eligibility requirements.

Built for the
Next Step

The ETURE High School Program gives young athletes a complete pathway that prepares them academically and athletically before they face the decisive years of their careers. By living and training in Spain for a full season, players experience a level of football development, training methodology, and cultural immersion that simply cannot be replicated in a traditional high school environment.

Student-athletes grow early — playing full seasons in a competitive Spanish setting while continuing their academic progress. They develop stronger fundamentals, tactical intelligence, and professional habits at an age when most players are still finding their identity. By the time they reach the moment to decide between a professional pathway or the student-athlete route in the U.S., they arrive prepared: physically mature, technically refined, academically solid, and mentally ready.

New Benefits at Early Ages
  • Earlier adaptation to the country
  • Further development of language skills
  • Introduction to Spanish and ETURE methodology
  • Initiation within our “Made in Adversity” culture
  • Increased training intensity — from twice a week to twice a day
  • Acceleration of development during key recruiting years

All these factors help players be more ready when they turn 18 and face their gap-year, in which they can already play by FIFA regulation in official competition. Our commitment to academics remains intact and clear: our goal is to provide the best possible pathway to college soccer first, and professional football if the player deserves it.

FIFA regulations do not allow foreign minors to compete in official leagues, so the program organizes a robust friendly match schedule against top local youth clubs. Sundays combine cultural immersion with football education — watching La Liga or semi-professional matches with guided tactical analysis to build game intelligence.
